You could probably call them, but they’ll most likely direct you to a distributor. Do a google search on the manufacturers and see if you can find their websites. You may even be able to find wholesale distributors through their website.
It all depends, are you reselling at retail or wholesale?
A lot of manufacturers will sell their products to other wholesalers/manufacturers who maybe do not specialise in that area. I know nine 2 five ( ) specialise in women’s suiting and sell to other wholesalers who do not do women’s suiting. They then just change the labels and no one is the wiser.
If you are selling retail then of course you can do this, thats what wholesalers want – people selling their gear. They all have sales reps trying to push there product out, so calling them would be welcome.

Both good places I have been using. Prices are very good. Minimums are reasonable. Usually receive shipments within a week of ordering.
I contacted via email clothing labels and got info about minimums etc. Haven’t committed to any of the others so far. For example, Eden Bridal website has a contact us link you fill out and then the local rep will call you within 48 hours.
