You would ask the wholesaler/importer if the items are licensed…if they sound fishy or don’t answer then dont buy. If they say yes, then say “ok so is the licensed tag attached” If they say no, they are lying.
I’m a wholesaler/importer and deal with “fakes” all the time, thats how I know, I pay more for the real stuff but I don’t get arrested!
