If they say yes, then say "ok so is the licensed tag attached" If they say no, they are lying. I'm a wholesaler/importer and deal with "fakes" all the time, thats how I know, I pay more for the real stuff but I don't get arrested! :) You would ask the wholesaler/importer if the items are licensed…if they sound fishy or don’t answer then dont buy.
